About the event
January is almost over, and I think we all deserve a bit of a pat on the back after the events of this month. Lizzie has kindly offered to host a Sound Bath Experience at DC Studio in Perranarworthal on Sunday, 8 February at dusk, 4 pm.
We have nine spaces available for those who would like to come along and take part in some deeply restorative relaxation and meditation.
Tickets are £10, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to Lizzie in recognition of her time and talent. All you need to bring is a yoga mat, a pillow, perhaps a blanket, and some water. I will be there providing herbal tea.
