About the event
The Dark Cornwall Fête is a spellbinding gathering for lovers of Cornish folklore, myth, craft and dark storytelling, set within the woodland surroundings of The Arborist at Killiow Estate near Truro. Across the day, the Fête brings ancient stories vividly to life through immersive folklore creatures, live performance, fireside talks, droll telling, music, puppetry, a hand-curated Makers Market and a meaningful Samhain ritual around the turning of the year. Blending education, atmosphere and shared tradition, it is a family-friendly celebration of Cornwall’s legends, landscapes and living folklore.
